1. What services do you offer?
I offer spiritual readings, mediumship, epigenetic clearing, and spiritual coaching. Sessions are available via Zoom/phone.
2. How do I book a session?
You can book a session online using my appointments page, or you can contact me directly by email or phone.
3. How do I redeem a gift certificate?
When booking your session, enter your GiftUp gift certificate code in the “Do you have a Gift Certificate?” field on the specific booking form. I’ll verify your code and confirm your appointment.
4. Can I use a gift certificate for any service?
Yes! Gift certificates can be applied to any of my services. If your session costs more than your certificate value, I will invoice you for the difference.
5. What if my gift certificate doesn’t cover the full session price?
No problem! You’ll be able to pre-pay the remaining balance through an invoice after your gift certificate is applied.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
Payment is required in advance. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, refunds are not available unless there’s a significant reason. Please contact me if you have questions about your situation.
7. Are sessions confidential?
Yes. As a professional medium and registered nurse, I maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all sessions.
8. How do I prepare for my session?
Find a quiet, comfortable space. Bring any questions or topics you’d like to discuss. For virtual sessions, make sure your device is charged and you have a stable internet connection.
9. What if I need to reschedule?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
10. Can I invite someone to my session?
Sure! You can invite whoever you would like to have with you. You can even share a session. I work for Spirit (they are my boss) and my clients rent my time. I make no promises of who will receive a message and what the messages will be about for any session.
