1. What services do you offer?
I offer spiritual readings, mediumship, epigenetic clearing, and spiritual coaching. Sessions are available via Zoom/phone.
2. How do I book a session?
You can book a session online using my appointments page, or you can contact me directly by email or phone.
3. How do I redeem a gift certificate?
When booking your session, enter your GiftUp gift certificate code in the “Do you have a Gift Certificate?” field on the specific booking form. I’ll verify your code and confirm your appointment.
4. Can I use a gift certificate for any service?
Yes! Gift certificates can be applied to any of my services. If your session costs more than your certificate value, I will invoice you for the difference.
5. What if my gift certificate doesn’t cover the full session price?
No problem! You’ll be able to pre-pay the remaining balance through an invoice after your gift certificate is applied.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
Payment is required in advance. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, refunds are not available unless there’s a significant reason. Please contact me if you have questions about your situation.
7. Are sessions confidential?
Yes. As a professional medium and registered nurse, I maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all sessions.
8. How do I prepare for my session?
Find a quiet, comfortable space. Bring any questions or topics you’d like to discuss. For virtual sessions, make sure your device is charged and you have a stable internet connection.
9. What if I need to reschedule?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
10. Can I invite someone to my session?
Sure! You can invite whoever you would like to have with you. You can even share a session. I work for Spirit (they are my boss) and my clients rent my time. I make no promises of who will receive a message and what the messages will be about for any session.
12. What is the difference between Mediumship and Spiritual Coaching?
Mediumship focuses on connection with loved ones in Spirit and the messages, evidence, comfort, and insight that may come through during a session. Spiritual Coaching is different. It is a supportive, non-religious but deeply spiritual process that helps you explore life transitions, emotional challenges, personal growth, and deeper meaning. Some clients know exactly which service they want, while others are unsure. If that is the case, I am happy to help you decide which session may be the best fit.
13. Do I need to follow a particular religion or spiritual path to work with you?
No. My approach is non-religious, while still being deeply spiritual. People from many different backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences work with me. What matters most is that you come with openness, respect, and a willingness to explore your experience in a thoughtful way.
14. Are sessions available by phone or Zoom?
Yes. Depending on the service and your location, sessions may be available in person, by phone, or by Zoom. This allows flexibility and makes it easier for clients to receive support in the way that feels most comfortable and accessible.
15. What can I expect from a mediumship session?
Every mediumship session is unique. My intention is to provide evidence of continued life, messages of love and support, and a meaningful sense of connection with Spirit. At the same time, no medium can guarantee which loved one will come through or exactly what information will be shared. I approach each session with sincerity, professionalism, and respect for the experience.
16. What can Spiritual Coaching help with?
Spiritual Coaching can support you during grief, life transitions, emotional stress, questions of purpose, and the desire for deeper self-understanding. It offers a grounded space to reflect, heal, and reconnect with your inner wisdom in a non-religious but deeply spiritual way.
17. Is Epigenetic Clearing a medical treatment?
No. Epigenetic Clearing is offered as a holistic and spiritually oriented process of reflection, healing, and personal transformation. It is not a medical treatment, diagnosis, or substitute for healthcare or mental health care.
18. How do I know which service is right for me?
If you are seeking connection with loved ones in Spirit, mediumship may be the best fit. If you are looking for guidance, healing, clarity, and support around life challenges or personal growth, Spiritual Coaching may be more appropriate.
